If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within twenty (20) days of the receipt date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than twenty (20) days after the receipt date will be in the form of a store credit redeemable on your next purchase. *All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package (in its original packaging) in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Send the tracking # along with your order # and name to Returns@RDMOffroad.com . In the event that your return is lost or damaged during shippment you must file a claim with the shipping company.
