Price Match Policy

If you want to purchase a product from RDM Offroad and you find it advertised at a lower price anywhere else, please follow the steps outlined below.

To receive the price match, please email Sales@RDMOffroad.com and include all of the following information:

• Manufacturer:
• Part #:
• Company name (where the product is advertised at):
• Pricing location (website, magazine, catalog, etc..):
• What is the website address or magazine (include page & volume number):
• Advertised price:
• Shipping cost:
• Was the item available in stock:

Price Match Terms and Conditions

A price match will be granted only in the event that the following terms & conditions are met:

• Price comparison includes the item's selling price plus equivalent shipping method and handling charges (if applicable).
• Pricing will only be matched on product advertisements released in the last 15 Days.
• Item must be the identical product available for purchase from an authorized dealer and not a pricing error.
• Expedited shipping offers will not be available for price matching due to shipping location variations between vendors.
• Price match discounts cannot be combined with any other sales or promotions including, but not limited to, Club Member Discounts, Military Discounts, Buy One Get One, etc... 
• California residents - Price Match does not include state sales tax.
• Price match excludes the following: Open Box Items, Closeouts, Package Deals, Auction sites such as EBay, Liquidations, Rebates, Coupons, Promotional offers, Employee discounts, Membership clubs or stores.
• We also reserve the right not to price match against any erroneous price listing on this site or any other site.
• Items must be in stock at the authorized dealer.
